E-Learn Hub – Teacher Agreement (English)

This Teacher Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between E-Learn Hub (“Platform”) and the registered Teacher (“Teacher”). By registering, accepting students, or conducting classes on E-Learn Hub, the Teacher agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Teacher Status

  • Teachers are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or partners of E-Learn Hub.

  • Teachers are solely responsible for their teaching methods, lesson content, and professional conduct.

2. Eligibility & Verification

  • Teachers must provide accurate and truthful personal, academic, and professional information.

  • E-Learn Hub reserves the right to verify qualifications and suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

3. Lesson Structure & Pricing

3.1 Lesson Duration

  • Trial lesson: 25 minutes

  • Normal lesson: 50 minutes

3.2 Lesson Pricing

  • Teachers may set, change, and fix regular lesson prices, subject to platform guidelines.

  • The trial lesson price is fixed at Rs. 300 and may be changed only by E-Learn Hub.

4. Attendance & Professional Conduct

  • Teachers must attend all scheduled classes on time and conduct lessons professionally.

  • If a student does not join a class, the teacher must wait 10 minutes before marking the lesson as completed or rescheduled.

  • Repeated late attendance, no-shows, or unprofessional behavior may result in warnings, suspension, or termination.

5. No-Show & Rescheduling Policy

  • If a teacher does not attend a scheduled class, the student has the right to reschedule the class only.

  • If a teacher fails to attend three (3) consecutive classes, or refuses to reschedule a class due to a mistake on the teacher’s side, the student may request a refund.

  • Any such refund will be credited only to the student’s E-Learn Hub account and must be used to book classes with another teacher on the platform.

6. Payments & Revenue Share

  • Teachers are entitled to 80% of completed paid lesson fees.

  • Payouts are processed monthly.

  • Teachers must submit payout requests between the 2nd and 5th of each month.

  • Approved payouts will be released within 10 working days after the request.

  • The minimum payout amount is Rs. 5,000.

7. Refund Impact on Teacher Earnings

  • Lessons refunded due to teacher fault will not be included in teacher earnings.

  • E-Learn Hub reserves the right to deduct refunded or disputed amounts from future payouts.

8. Non-Circumvention & Direct Dealing

  • Teachers must not engage in direct communication, payments, or class arrangements with students outside the E-Learn Hub platform.

  • Any direct dealing will result in immediate termination of both teacher and student accounts.

  • E-Learn Hub may withhold pending payments or credits in such cases.

9. Child Safety & Ethical Conduct

  • Teachers must maintain appropriate behavior at all times, especially when teaching minors.

  • Sharing personal contact details, social media accounts, or arranging off-platform meetings is strictly prohibited.

10. Platform Rights

  • E-Learn Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate teacher accounts for policy violations.

  • Policies may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • E-Learn Hub is not responsible for losses caused by internet issues, Zoom failures, power interruptions, or force majeure events.

12. Agreement Acceptance

  • By registering and conducting classes on E-Learn Hub, the Teacher confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Teacher Agreement.
