1.2 Platform Role

E-Learn Hub acts solely as an online education marketplace connecting students with independent teachers.

E-Learn Hub does not guarantee learning outcomes, exam results, or teacher availability.
1.3 Service Fees & Commission

The platform retains an agreed service fee/commission from each completed class or package.

Fees are clearly displayed before payment and are subject to change with prior notice.
1.4 Code of Conduct

Any misuse, abusive language, harassment, or violation of platform rules may result in suspension or permanent banning without refund.
1.5 Limitation of Liability

E-Learn Hub is not liable for indirect losses, missed classes due to force majeure, or third-party service failures (e.g., Zoom, payment gateways).
