1.1 Student Attendance & No-Show Policy

Students have the right to reschedule a class at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

If a student does not join the class on time, the teacher is required to wait for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes of non-attendance, the teacher has the right to mark the lesson as completed or offer a reschedule, at the teacher’s discretion.

If the teacher does not attend the class, the student has the right to reschedule the class only.
1.2 Teacher No-Show & Repeated Failure Policy

If a teacher fails to attend a scheduled class, the student is entitled to free rescheduling.

If a teacher does not attend three (3) consecutive classes, or if a teacher refuses to reschedule a class due to a mistake on the teacher’s side, the student may request a refund of the paid amount.

Such refunded amounts cannot be withdrawn as cash. The student must use the refunded amount to book classes with another teacher on the E-Learn Hub platform.
1.3 Technical Issues

If a class is disrupted due to verified platform, Zoom, or internet failures beyond the student’s control, a reschedule will be offered.
1.4 Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be credited only to the student’s E-Learn Hub account.

Refund credits will be processed within 7 working days from approval.

Cash withdrawals are not permitted for any refunded or credited amounts.
